Thanks Paul! I like your table saw jig idea. I never like using table saws for that reason. Must be one of the most dangerous tools out there, judging by how many appendages have been removed. I know some people too.
Yea, that is me jumping on it! I wanted to make sure the ski supports didn't slay out on me. The suspension will roughly run where the ski supports are, with a centrally-mounted air shock in the center of the frame on both sides. I haven't finished the design on this yet, but I know it's doable.

Thanks for the comment. Version 2 is actually built and I'm just waiting on some snow to finish up testing before I release details on it. It has an improved design and steering mechanism, but I decided to eliminate suspension until version 3. As for the plans, my goal is to put together plans for both versions, which should be ready around the time Version 2's Instructable and videos come out.
