Hi and thank you so much for the kind words! The lenticular sheet is 28 x 40 inches, 40 LPI. I hope you're able to find a supplier closer to you.

Happy to help. The material is 0.033 inches thick which is about 0.8mmOh also the viewing angle of the lenticles is 49°The polycarbonate didn't seem to change the optics much.

Interesting question. I'm not an optics expert (if someone here is, please chime in!) but I think most of the blur comes from the shape of the lens and not the material. I think the plastic PETG material is responsible for some of the opacity - like it's very slightly white instead of clear. So I would guess it would look a little better if it were made of glass... however the lenses would need to be shaped a little differently since glass has a different index of refraction than the PETG material I used. Interesting topic.
